ENMA Assignment Deliverables Policy

· In general, homework and project deliverables are due one week after being assigned, unless otherwise noted. Please see individual course schedules for deliverables assignment dates.

· Given that the majority of ENMA students are evening students, and that work assignments and travel take priority over course activities, extensions on assignments will be given when conflicts arise. Please contact the course instructor by e-mail to confirm the need and new due date for the assignment.

· All assignments will be reviewed in class, as noted on the course schedule. Students and teams will be selected by the instructor to present their assignments to the class. Presentations must be e-mailed to the instructor or deposited in the appropriate electronic mailbox by 4:00PM of the day that the homework will be reviewed.

· Presentations must be submitted as follows. Failing to follow these instructions will result in a reduction of the student’s score on the presentation:

• Prepare each assignment as a separate file (don’t include several assignments in the same file).

• Name the file with the number of the course (e.g, ENMA 290, etc) and then the name of the assignment (use the exact name in the course schedule).

• If e-mailing assignments e-mail each file separately (don’t attach several files to the same e-mail).

• Put the number of the course (e.g, ENMA 290, etc) and then the name of the homework assignment in the Subject of the e-mail (use the exact name in the course schedule). No need to put your name in the subject (e-mails are sorted by sender name).

• Put your name(s) on the first page of the assignment.

• All assignments must be embedded in the ppt presentation files (no Excel, Visio, etc. files), except when your instructor explicitly instructs or allows a different format.

• Print out your assignmants and bring to class.
